Imre Varga: Béla Bartók
Since 2004, in St. Nicholas Park is Bela Bartok's (1881-1945) statue in front of the School of Art in Siofok. Bela Bartok was a composer, pianist and ethnomusicologist.
His statue is a work of Imre Varga, who was born in Siofok.
The excellent artist got the Kossuth, Munkácsy and the Herder Prize.
